Our one-to-one consultancy service includes the following:

• One hour consultation of your requirements – this session is designed to answer all those questions that you need answers to.
• Your particular property process will be explained thoroughly and you will be given an information booklet that is devised for you to understand the process clearly and simply.
• You will be accompanied to a recommended qualified Mortgage broker where you can be assured that your requirements will be dealt with discreetly.
• Once you have identified a property to purchase, on your behalf we will negotiate with the estate agent/or vendor if you require.
• Through our database, we can recommend a qualified Solicitor, Surveyor or other trade professionals whose services you can engage
• Your property consultant is available to speak with at all times and not just during standard office hours.
• Our ‘after care’ service offers invaluable support after your property completion.
