This service has been created to allow those Landlords who have already found their own tenants, but need to make absolutely sure that they are granting occupancy in their investment properties to tenants who have been properly vetted before you sign on the dotted line.

This is a straightforward and effective service that allows the Landlord, who has the time to advertise and deal with all the viewings with prospective tenant(s) at their property. The Landlord pays for their own advertising costs and will use this service to ensure that all the vetting and checking process is carried out to detail.

Once we receive the Landlord’s instructions we contact your chosen tenants and take over the process. We deal with the entire vetting procedure, produce a tenancy agreement, inventory with photographs and check them into your property on the day they take occupancy of your property.

Don’t leave things to chance, or by a gut vibe and regret it in the long term. Many problems exist within tenancies because this process was not carried out rigorously or done by amateurs in the first place. Being experts, at this, we know how to ensure our Landlords are protected. This service is a must for any Landlord who regularly finds their own tenants or wishes to do so.

This Service includes the following:

  • Administering comprehensive application forms and collecting supporting documentation from your prospective tenants
  • Responsible for collecting all deposits and rent in advance from prospective tenants.
  • Dealing with the entire vetting procedure for each individual tenant
  • We keep you informed of our progress using your preferred method of communication.
  • We prepare the Tenancy Agreement with Landlord suggestions, which must be approved by you.
  • We prepare an detailed Inventory with supported Photographs
  • We offer a personalised and professional service, treating your tenants with respect and assisting with their requirements
  • We Check-In your tenants into your property, with all the usual, meter readings etc. Though we know how to ensure no loose ends are left untied, thus no excuses from tenants.
