 Marie Parris has been investing in property since 1994. She started to build her own property portfolio whilst she was working full time! This was long before the buy-to-let word was even talked about as much as it is now. Disillusioned with all the “glossy” property seminars all filled with promises of making you an instant millionaire, Marie set about to break the mould of many stereotypical property investment seminars that tend to only offer “get rich quick schemes”.
I don’t promote all this millionaire stuff, because I know that by virtue of learning about property and maintaining your portfolio for a medium to long term strategy you will achieve just that, (at least on paper!) Our seminars are extremely practical, factual and unbiased. We give you the information so that you can make informed choices. Our seminars, are not only designed for the novice, there are many experienced investors who fall very short on having the type of knowledge they really need to know, especially when it comes to legislation and landlord obligations. Investors can save money by purchasing our landlord pack and start to self manage if they prefer. Marie believes, owning buy-to-let property can be disastrous if you are not equipped with the right information. I was inspired to get into property by a friend of mine, who was investing in property and doing so well. He always helped me with advice, introduced me to contacts and was just a real support mechanism for me in my early years. What I love about this industry is that property has no barriers, it makes no difference what your background is, your gender, or age – you can achieve wealth in this area.
